Southwest moves to virtual classes and operations FRIDAYS only, May 27 – August 12. Child care centers remain open on site. All other buildings closed. Normal operations return August 15.

Freshman Book Scholarship

The Freshman Book Scholarship may be awarded up to $500 to incoming freshman who complete the application by July 15, 2022, and meet the following criteria:

Criteria:

  1. You are an Incoming Freshman
  2. Have a minimum 2.5 GPA 
  3. Currently registered for at least 12 credit hours
